Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist who brings both strategic marketing insights and hands-on experience in social media management. This individual will play a pivotal role in analyzing current marketing efforts, identifying new opportunities, and developing comprehensive campaigns while managing our social media presence to align with overall business goals. This dual-function role is designed to optimize marketing performance across traditional and digital channels, with a special focus on social media.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze Current Marketing Performance: Review existing marketing strategies and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Identify New Marketing Opportunities: Explore and propose new growth avenues, including digital marketing trends, content marketing strategies, email marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Copywriting and Copyediting: Provide feedback on marketing content and assist with creating polished, clear, and compelling copy for various campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of campaigns across all marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Social Media Management
• Develop a Comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Build and execute a social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Content Creation and Curation: Generate engaging content with our internal team (graphics, videos, posts, stories) and curate relevant third-party content to keep the social media presence fresh and engaging.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with potential brand advocates and influencers.
• Trend Analysis and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, optimizing content for each platform.
• Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budget and maximum return on investment.
• Performance Tracking and Insights: Monitor social media analytics, report on KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions), and use data to refine social media strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign development, lead generation, and content strategy.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and experience managing both organic and paid campaigns.
• Analytics Experience: Ability to analyze data from marketing efforts (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) and derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Content Creation: Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for compelling, brand-consistent messaging.
• Creative Collaboration: Experience working closely with design and web development teams to produce effective, cohesive marketing materials.
• Tools: Familiarity with marketing software (HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.), social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for collaborating with designers. Familiarity with chatGPT or other AI tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Unbounce: Must be proficient in Unbounce, a landing page builder and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) platform, with the ability to create and optimize high-performing landing pages.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience tracking and reporting KPIs (engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions) and using insights to refine marketing strategies.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience working with social media advertising, content creation, and campaign analytics.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Work Setup - Full in-office work (Makati office)
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday PHT
• Shift: 6am to 3pm PHT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to communicate effectively over online communication software and in person in both English and Tagalog.
