Job Description
Entertain potential sales inquiries through phone.
Ensure Fulfilment of Sales Orders to Clients through Logistics
Coordinate with Clients for their deliveries
Coordinate the logistics for products via 3rd party and in-house delivery
Coordinates with the Sales Engineer/Executive the correct pricing of their sales order.
Coordinate with the Customer Service Department Head, the delivery schedule and other needs and requirements of customers.
Keep an updated database of contacts, customers and prospects for reference, mailing, contact and delivery
Provide the necessary support to reach the sales target by efficiently monitoring and inputting sales and distribution orders
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4yr College course.
With minimum of 2 years work experience in related field.
