Job Description

Job Overview:
• We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents to join our team and provide excellent customer support. Work on-site at our Bridgetowne location and earn up to 28K, plus incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
Qualifications:
• At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
• Minimum 13 months of Call Center experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
