Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach with professionalism and empathy.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate.
• At least 13 months of experience in a call center.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• A positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
