Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the RPA development team to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and provide technical expertise.
Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in RPA and related Microsoft tools.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.

5-7 years of experience in RPA, with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams
Solid understanding of process mapping, automation, and optimization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform tools are a plus.
