Job Description
• Monitors collection and accounts receivables
• Reviews sales order created in nav subject for delegation to SO approver
• Reviews JCE's under PMS against Masterfile
• Prepares payroll summary and other HR functions
• Prepares daily location monitoring of personnel
• Review requisition slips subject for processing
• Monitors PDC, open dated check and returned checks
• Update account jackets/invoice monitoring
