Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you are primarily responsible for providing customer service support in line with the defined scope of work and service level agreements. This includes ensuring call quality and meeting quantitative standards to address customer care needs promptly.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
Employment Type: Regular, full-time hire.
Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience.
At least 6 months of experience in a collections-related role within the BPO industry.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
