Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service support while adhering to the defined scope of work and service level agreements.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Maintain high standards of call quality and performance metrics in line with organizational goals.
Ensure professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, delivering a positive experience.
Qualifications:
