Job Description
· Ensures proper grouping, arrangement, and level of displays
· Responsible for medicine/product replenishment for each gondola assigned
· Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of gondolas
· Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out
· Monitors Deliveries of Merchandise
· Handles customer inquiries and minor complaints for immediate action and solution and elevates major issues to Store-in-Charge
· Provides excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Preferable a College Graduate of any 2–4-year courses
Work experience in other customer service industries is an advantage
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
