QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of any
• Minimum of one (1) year of relative working experience in site acquisition, telecommunication or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Telecom site acquisition (finding and securing land for cell towers
• Negotiating land leases or contracts with landowners.
• Working with zoning laws and permits with local government unit. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate land agreements and contracts.
• Telecom Knowledge: Understanding of telecom infrastructure (e.g., cell towers).
• Project Management: Managing timelines, contractors, and budgets. Zoning & Regulations: Knowledge of local laws and approvals required for telecom sites.
• Familiarity with GIS (for mapping sites) and Excel for tracking projects.
• Knowledgeable in reading plans (DDD)
• Have pleasing personality
• Can work under pressure.
• Willing to Relocate
