Job Description

6 months to 1 yr bpo exp as spanish csr handling financial

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer
Escalate the call to the next level if necessary
Perform other related tasks needed

Qualifications:

Completed At least 2 years in college (Without back subjects)
With at least 3 years BPO experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Amenable to work onsite Pasay
