Job Description:
Oversee the overall sales objectives and revenue for the sales team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the company's sales objectives are met across regions.
2. Develop revenue and sales goals with senior management.
3. Lead the sales team and conduct performance reviews.
4. Implement a comprehensive sales training program.
5. Ensure sufficient supply and competitive pricing of goods.
6. Lead marketing and advertising activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Course.
- At least 3 years in FMCG sales.
- At least 5 years in a management position.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
