Job Description:
Responsible for planning and executing sales activities at assigned outlets to achieve sales goals.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned outlets.
2. Conduct daily store visits to ensure proper pricing and promotional strategies.
3. Ensure the completeness of display items.
4. Collect Purchase Orders (P.O.).
5. Monitor competitor pricing and report findings.
6. Create and submit Price Survey Reports.
7. Manage product levels to avoid stock-outs.
8. Coordinate with the Material Control Department regarding deliveries.
9. Assist Credit & Collection (C&C) Department with payments.
10. Collect payments and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).
11. Teach product quality retrieval tasks to the Quality Control (QC) Department.
12. Prepare monthly reports for management.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in FMCG.
