SAP FICO Senior Consultant

As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant/Junior Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and management of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions

Responsibilities:
- Defines project objectives, project plan and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Applies subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for the client
- Plans for different project phases across Blueprinting, UT/SIT, UAT, Cut Over, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support.
- SAP CO - Product Costing experience
- Collaborates with supply chain consultants and setup transfer pricing, revenue recognition, automatic account determination, reconciliation, and adjustments.
- Leads and provides inputs for integration aspects across other project modules, data migration, change management, cut over etc.
- Leads blueprint workshops, suggesting SAP recommended processes and practices for the industry. Specifications for reports/interfaces/forms for business users.
- Works with client stakeholders to develop functional specifications for developments
- Performs configuration based on blueprint, conduct unit test and system integration test
- Leads the User Acceptance Testing with consultants and clients and complete issue resolution.
- Prepares training documentation and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to Key Users and business process owners.
- Facilitates change management guiding both Customer and teams and initiating necessary support and resources

Qualifications:
- Has at least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO and with at least 3 or more full project lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Must also have SAP ABAP capabilities
- Able to lead the module in large scale implementations
- Has certifications and trainings in SAP S/4 HANA
- Has experience in S/4 HANA sales and delivery with minimum three S/4 HANA projects
- Has hands-on experience with SAP cloud products, and product strategy
- Has experience on data management tools, training, and testing tools
- Good inter-personal and communication skills and must demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, is innovative and constantly seeks improvement
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule

Work Setup:
Setup: Hybrid (3X onsite per week)
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting, mostly dayshift
