Job Description
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company
website.
• Source candidates through online databases, networking, and recruitment agencies
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in conducting
interviews as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate regularly with candidates, providing feedback and updates.
• Administer pre-employment tests, background checks, and reference checks as
necessary.
• Prepare and extend job o0ers to selected candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents, conducting
orientation, and ensuring new hires are integrated into the company.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and events, such as teambuilding activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Help implement strategies to address employee concerns and enhance job
satisfaction
• Assist in recognizing and rewarding employee achievements through recognition
programs and celebrations.
• Perform other tasks related to Human Resources as required by the Immediate Head.
