Job Description

Position: Sales Executive - Group and Individual Insurance

- Vacancy Count: 4 (URGENT)

- Main Responsibility: Support sales and recruitment of individual products to increase revenue and profitability.

- Location: Makati City

- Work Arrangement: Onsite

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.

- At least 1 year of experience in Life Insurance and Sales.

- Strong written and oral communication skills and negotiation abilities.

- Willingness to travel anywhere in the Philippines as needed.

- Proficient with MS Applications.

- LOMA courses preferred but not required.

Compensation Package: PHP 18,000 - PHP 24,000 (includes performance incentives and commission)
