Job Description
Drive sales and recruitment of individual insurance products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
At least one year of experience in Life Insurance and Sales.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from Php 18,000 to Php 24,000.
Performance incentives and commission.
