Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Generate and send out invoices to clients/customers.
*Ensure accuracy of invoices, including proper calculation of charges and application of discounts.
*Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections.
*Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
*Process and apply payments received from clients.
*Monitor aging of receivables and prepare reports for management.
*Address client inquiries regarding billing issues and disputes.
*Provide timely and professional responses to billing-related questions.
*Work with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
*Input billing data into accounting software and ensure consistency.
*Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
*Assist with internal and external audits related to billing and accounts receivable.
*Support the billing team with various administrative tasks.
*Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree of Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.

*Has a previous experience in Billings.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
*Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
*Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City.
*Willing to start ASAP.
