Job Description
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with US healthcare payer and provider value chains, health IT systems, and EMR workflows.
Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programs, scope management, and change initiatives.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing business processes, designing improvements, and implementing transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to coordinate with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, business requirement analysis, and workflow optimization.
Cross-Cultural Competence: Thrive in global, dynamic environments, adapting to different cultures and workflows.
Agile Practices Knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, MS Projects.

Must Have:
2+ years of experience in healthcare transformation programs, focusing on US or global healthcare providers and payers.
Exposure to large-scale business and technology projects, including program management, architecture design, and system integration.
Familiarity with leading EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, and health data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, V2).
Hands-on experience in clinical data models, workflow design, system integration assessments, and health information exchange planning.
Knowledge of cloud migration planning, EMR migration, and program management best practices.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Agile Scrum, Kanban.
