The Practice – A Brief Overview

Collaborating with clients to assess needs, define roadmaps, and implement end-to-end transformation strategies.
Delivering system integration, process automation, and digital transformation solutions.
Ensuring cross-functional alignment, facilitating communication among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare payer and provider value chains, health IT systems, and EMR workflows.
Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing transformation projects, scope, change, and quality management.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Skilled in workflow optimization, business process design, and transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate with clients and leadership teams, ensuring planning and project delivery.
Cross-Cultural Competence: Adapt to global environments, cultural differences, and dynamic workflows.
Agile Methodology Knowledge: Proficiency with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, MS Projects.

Must Have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 2+ years of experience in healthcare transformation (US or global healthcare providers and payers).
Knowledge of business transformation initiatives, system integration, and technology-driven projects.
Hands-on experience with health IT systems, including leading EMRs like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar.
Proficiency in health data interoperability standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and V2 messaging protocols.
Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally) and practices like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
