Job Summary:
The Market Research Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support business strategies. This role involves conducting surveys, focus groups, and statistical analyses to provide insights that guide decision-making and improve sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Research.
Experience from a research company is a plus.
Proven expertise in Market Research Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, and interview techniques.
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
Highly organized, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively.
Ability to interpret large datasets, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Experience in motivating and empowering a research team.
Results-oriented with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
