Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Asset Disposal and Leasing Officer is responsible for overseeing sales and leasing activities for real estate properties. This role involves meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, coordinating with brokers and clients, and ensuring that assets are maintained in a saleable condition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in sales.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the Real Estate Industry.
Proven track record in selling and meeting sales targets of a group.
Experience in facilitating workshops for buyers, brokers, and staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.
Ability to create a Calendar of Events for sales, meetings, and training.
Highly organized with strong monitoring skills.
Ability to promptly respond to broker, internal, and external client requests (Acknowledgement within an hour).
Conducts constant monitoring of sites and units to ensure saleable condition (in coordination with PMO).
Competitive in preparing sales strategies and schemes.
Sales-driven with a strong work ethic and excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to motivate and empower the sales team.
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
