Job Description
Supervise the quality control department’s day-to-day operations
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
Monitor production processes and ensure they are in compliance with quality standards
Perform regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of products and systems
Identify issues that could affect product quality and take corrective action
Train and mentor quality control staff
Work with management to improve product quality
Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for management
Ensure all company standards and customer expectations are met
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Order quality control materials and supplies as needed
