Job Description

Are you a fan of movies and TV shows? Join our Streaming Services Support Team and help customers with their subscriptions, technical issues, and account concerns.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing concerns, and account troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for streaming errors, device compatibility, and app issues.
• Guide customers through personalized recommendations to enhance their streaming experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
• Accurately document customer concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• A passion for entertainment and streaming services.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
