Job Description
What You’ll Do:
• Handle inquiries related to media subscriptions, account changes, and billing issues.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for streaming services, cable issues, and digital media platforms.
• Assist customers with service upgrades, plan changes, and promotions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
• Document customer concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in telecom or media services.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for media, entertainment, and digital services.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
