Job Description

Join our team as a Financial Collection Agent, where you’ll help customers manage their accounts, resolve billing concerns, and negotiate payment plans.
What You’ll Do:
• Contact customers to assist with overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
• Provide clear and professional guidance on billing, payments, and account status.
• Work with customers to find effective financial solutions.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 1 year of experience in financial collections or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
