Job Description
● Food Preparation: Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing
ingredients as directed by chefs and cooks.
● Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas,
including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
● Stock Management: Help with stocking and organizing food and supplies,
ensuring proper storage practices.
● Support Staff: Assist chefs and kitchen staff during meal service by fulfilling
requests and providing necessary support.
● Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste properly and assist with recycling
efforts.
● Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a
safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not
required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of food safety practices is desirable
At least high school graduate/short vocational
At least one year of experience in kitchen operation
