Job Description

Job Summary
• Approved purchase requisition of RMPM and ensured the availability of materials through accurate, correct, and timely execution of materials requirement calculation and identification of due dates.
• Approved RMPM plan and forecast.
• Identify RMPM with risk of disposal and create measures to avoid/lessen disposal.
• Monitor and ensure that ongoing projects are aligned with the depletion plan.
• Develop a plan to improve members' skills in material planning.
• Develop alternative options for any RMPM supply risks/issues in collaboration with related Business units.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Department on process improvements such as MOQ reduction, supplier selection, and allocation, among others, to support the FY2030 Roadmap related to RMPM DIO improvement.

Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related engineering courses.
• With 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management especially in Materials Planning and OEM operations.
• Strong abilities and skills in Leadership, Planning, decision-making, problem-solving, time-oriented, and communication.
• Able to identify demand and supply risks ahead of time.
• Mathematical and analytical skills that can analyze and evaluate issues and constraints using mathematical and logical approaches.
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint) and other digital systems such as SAP,and Supply Chain Planning System (SCP).

Salary:
₱70,000.00 Monthly
