Sales Engineer -Trainee

✓ Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support
where necessary.
✓ Support customer inquiries by fielding calls while being a source of information and problem
solving to client satisfaction.
✓ Develop design alternatives when necessary and clearly communicate the reasons for the design
alternatives.
✓ Prioritize and multitask during high volume periods and maintain customer parameters.
✓ Continuously communicate with the team to resolve customer needs and proactively manage
workload.
✓ Propose final buy and competitive pricing to customers.
✓ Secure orders, guarantee product standard and assure product timely delivery.
✓ Establish customer rapport and acceptance
✓ Help clients to solve problems with product usage.
✓ Generate initial cost estimates for client inquiry in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✓ Board Passer. Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
✓ Amenable to domestic and regional work related travels.
✓ Good communications skills
✓ Handle “pressure situations” with a professional demeanor
✓ With good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
✓ Experience in Sales/Marketing in the steel industry a big advantage.
✓ Fresh Graduate with excellent credentials is encouraged to apply.
✓ Able to speak Bisaya
✓ With driving skills and valid driver's license (4 wheel vehicle)

Work location is Manila and Davao but most of the time based in Davao.

Salary Range: Davao Rate Salary Offer as a Trainee WITH salary adjustment after 3 months depending on candidate's performance and another Salary adjustment upon regularization.

Work Schedule- Monday to Saturday depending on the sales team schedule
