Job Description
Inventory and Pricing Analyst
Location: Bangkal, Makati City
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Are you passionate about numbers, analysis, and strategic pricing? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory and Pricing Analyst to manage inventory, optimize pricing strategies, and drive sales growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring efficient inventory management and competitive pricing that aligns with market trends.
What You’ll Do:
- Inventory Management: Update inventory databases, analyze trends, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory management and minimize costs.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain pricing data, recommend competitive pricing models, and support pricing approvals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Provide insights on pricing trends, generate reports, and collaborate with Sales and Product Teams.
- Analyze competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Customer & Seller Support: Ensure inventory and pricing information is readily available and assist with special pricing requests.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance inventory control and pricing strategies for better efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory, pricing, and financial analysis.
- Real estate experience is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.
