Job Description

Develops contracts with, and attends to inquiries from, prospective clients regarding the product line
Prepares quotation in accordance with the specifications or requirement of the client in coordination with his/her principal/superior
Submits quotation, makes necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his/her superior or any officer of the company
Prepares A/C layout designs and drawings
Estimates the cost of the project
Reviews sales-related documents, reports, letters, and proposals submitted by his subordinates
Follows-up status of both pending and outstanding orders
Attends job site meetings for projects which are still under negotiation
Establishes harmonious relationships with clients, architects, and consultants
Collects the amount due to the company as payment by the client for sales made and closed
Submits periodic sales reports to his superior
Perform other sales-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate with a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with a license
Must have at least 3 years of selling experience
Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the product line
Must be computer literate
Head Office (5-day workweek)
Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM
Salary:
32.500,00 ₱ Monthly
