WE'RE NOW HIRING! AP ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role. Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with a customer service mindset for vendor relations.
• Proactive approach in resolving billing or payment discrepancies.
