Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as Business Development staff or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ability to understand the sales performance metrics.
- Ability to effective research new markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce sales is a plus.
