Job Description
• Develop and execute product strategies/plans in line with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market.
• Develop launch plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, messaging and promotional materials.
• Support sales team with the product training and provide technical expertise to customers as needed.
• Create product specifications and technical sheets for sales and customer references.
• Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to identify area for improvement or new product iterations.
• Evaluate product lifecycle stages and make recommendations regarding product updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry
• Strong background in Automotive parts and product development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Can start ASAP
