About the Role
As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you will help CFOs and finance teams implement digital transformation strategies, optimize operating models, and apply best practices to drive business value. This role combines financial expertise, process knowledge, and world-class capabilities to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality finance transformation projects, including solution design, blueprinting, and proof-of-concept development.
Lead client workshops, present insights, and contribute to stakeholder discussions.
Assess project deliverables and recommend best-fit finance solutions.
Enhance methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
What You Will Do
Support finance transformation initiatives, including operating models, process redesign, and shared services implementation.
Design to-be processes using finance technology solutions.
Lead process transitions, knowledge transfers, and reengineering efforts.
Implement shared services models, governance frameworks, and service management structures.
Conduct business case analyses and support business architecture implementations.
Drive business development efforts, including proposal submissions and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
Education: MBA (from a top-tier business school), CA, or CPA.
Experience: 4-8 years in finance and accounts, with expertise in enterprise finance processes.
Expertise in:
Organization structure and finance operations
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Financial Close, Asset Accounting, General Ledger
Taxation, Treasury, Intercompany Transactions, Cash Management
Finance Technology Knowledge:
Experience with finance transformation projects and financial close tools.
Certifications in Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, or Transaction Matching (preferred but not required).
Hands-on experience with ERP tools like SAP and Oracle.
Additional Skills
Program Management: Experience managing multiple projects with complex stakeholders.
People Management: Ability to mentor junior consultants and foster collaboration.
Client Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
