Key Responsibilities
Support project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints, including solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
Drive client interactions, facilitating workshops and presenting insights to stakeholders during management reviews and steering committee meetings.
Contribute across various aspects of finance transformation by assessing project deliverables and identifying optimal client solutions.
Continuously improve methodologies, tools, and organizational maturity by driving innovation and best practices.

What You Will Do
Support finance transformation initiatives, such as target operating models, process redesign, shared services setup, and budgeting/spend transformation.
Design to-be processes and structures, leveraging finance technology solutions and best-in-class practices.
Lead process transitions, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering initiatives.
Design and implement shared services operating models, including governance and service management frameworks.
Conduct business case analysis and support business architecture implementation activities.
Drive and build sales pipelines, business development initiatives, and proposal submissions.

What You Bring to the Role
A solid educational background – Postgraduate (M.B.A. from a top-tier B-school), C.A., or C.P.A..
4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with expertise in enterprise finance processes and operating models.
Hands-on experience in finance transformation projects, focusing on areas such as:
Organization Structure
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Financial Close, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts
Taxation, Treasury, Intercompany Transactions, Cash Management
Experience implementing and consulting on finance technology solutions.
Knowledge of financial close tools, with certifications in relevant modules like Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Transaction Matching (preferred but not mandatory).
Involvement in end-to-end implementations, covering planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, training, and deployment phases.
