Job Description
As a Data Engineering Associate Manager within the Sales Excellence COE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales and pricing methodologies. You will collaborate with business partners, analytics teams, and sales operations to manage and optimize data environments, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of large datasets. Your efforts will support the development of models and applications that provide actionable insights to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Oversee and maintain data sources and environments, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Model Development: Build and manage data models that integrate information from various sources to support analytical applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, business partners, and analytics groups to understand data needs and deliver solutions that
drive sales effectiveness.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and implement best practices within the COE framework.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on managing large datasets and developing data models.
• Strong proficiency in data management tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a sales operations or sales analytics environment.
• Familiarity with COE frameworks and methodologies.
• Advanced certifications in data management or related disciplines.
