Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with large data sets, ensuring data integrity and building models that deliver valuable insights. You will also be responsible for consolidating and structuring data for analytical applications while leading a team of Data Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage data models that integrate data from multiple sources.
Consolidate, cleanse, and structure data to support analytics and business intelligence teams.
Design and implement data processing systems for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data.
Ensure best practices in data engineering and mentor junior team members.
Work with cloud technologies, preferably Azure DevOps and Git, to manage data infrastructure.
Utilize SQL for database management, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
Leverage advanced Excel features such as cube functions, VBA automation, and Power Pivot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure DevOps and Git.
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration from various sources.
Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience mentoring and leading a team of Data Engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a technical field.
Understanding of sales processes and systems.
Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes in data management.
