Job Description
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Process employee benefits, leaves, and time-off requests
- Develop and implement effective filing and record-keeping systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Salary:
- ₱14,000.00 Monthly
