Job Description
As an Amazon Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize our Amazon account focusing on product listings, inventory, pricing, and advertising to increase visibility, sales, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Amazon Seller Central Management:
o Manage daily operations, including listings, inventory, and pricing.
o Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO.
o Monitor performance and handle account issues such as customer feedback and product quality.
o Liaison with the company managing our inventory to ensure proper labeling and compliance with Amazon's shipping requirements.
o Oversee inventory replenishment processes, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to maintain adequate stock levels and timely shipments to Amazon.
• Amazon Advertising Management:
o Create, optimize, and manage Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
o Analyze key metrics (ACoS, ROAS) and adjust campaigns for better performance.
o Implement data-driven strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Analyze performance and provide reports on sales and ad campaigns.
o Offer insights and recommendations for improvements based on data.
o Stay updated on Amazon trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
o Expand expertise in various marketing channels, including but not limited to Instagram Ads, Instagram Shop, Reddit, X, etc.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central management, including SEO and Amazon Ads.
• Knowledge of Amazon’s A9 algorithm and ad optimization.
• Experience with third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in Meta Ads or e-commerce is a plus.
• Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
