Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven B2B Live Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential business clients in real-time, understand their needs, and offer company products and services, aiming to close sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and a focus on delivering excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Focus almost exclusively on cold calling to identify client needs and recommend company products/services, with minimal support from email and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads and manage inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about offers and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in challenging and rewarding sales environment.
• Strong time management, organization, and deadline adherence.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Open to ongoing training and development
• Experience with appointment setting and LinkedIn is a plus
