Job Description

Join our E-Commerce Support Team and be the voice that ensures a seamless shopping experience! Assist customers over the phone with orders, product inquiries, and account concerns while delivering top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and friendly assistance.
• Support customers with order tracking, payments, refunds, and product concerns.
• Resolve customer issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain accurate customer records and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of Customer Care experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
