Job Description
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you are assigned to. You will deliver exceptional support to customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Associate Graduate (any course)
Experience:
• At least 2 years in a call center
• Minimum 10 months in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management)
• Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting
