Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you're assigned to. You will provide exceptional support to customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Associate Graduate (any course)
Experience:
• At least 2 years in a call center handling a Healthcare Account
