Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Business Analyst to play a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating requirements into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured technical requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points in existing business processes and recommend appropriate digital transformation solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, workflow mapping, and feasibility studies to assess the impact of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to propose, develop and deploy solutions

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, 3 years minimum
• Strong understanding of software development and IT systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modelling
