Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic thinker, and visionary leader to drive the successful implementation of large-scale, cutting-edge Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects with global impact. The ICT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation to completion—ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management acumen to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of complex ICT initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end ICT projects, ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
• Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project progress.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to prevent project delays.
• Ensure projects comply with industry best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and third-party partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Continuously optimize project management processes, workflows, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager, minimum of 5 years
• Strong understanding of ICT systems including software and infrastructure.
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and deliver results in a fast-paced consulting environment.
