Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and brings a unique blend of pre-sales acumen, project delivery oversight, and hands-on technical understanding. You’ll play a pivotal role in scoping complex digital solutions, accurately estimating resources and timelines, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a natural leader who can seamlessly bridge technical and business perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and executive leadership to evaluate client needs and design tailored technical solutions.
- Lead the scoping process to define project timelines, resource plans, and accurate budgets.
- Develop and present proposals, solution documentation, and technical roadmaps for client engagements.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across diverse industries, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients for aligned execution.
Team & Technical Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship across Agile, cross-functional development teams.
- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and proof-of-concepts as needed.
- Support and guide teams in DevOps processes including CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployments.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Lead client meetings, technical presentations, and stakeholder briefings with clarity and confidence.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, ideally with a hands-on software development background.
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales, solution design, and project estimation.
- Proven ability to deliver projects using modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Laravel, Node.js, Angular, Ionic).
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean), and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across various industries.

Bonus Points:
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, PMP).
- Experience working in a startup or agency setting.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and security best practices.
Salary:
₱120,000.00 Monthly
