Qualifications:

Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server) -- solid in SQL (structured database, table joins, can read and write SQL queries)
Familiar with ITIL processes
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is an advantage
SQL Data Engineer background is the best fit
