Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. You will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Qualifications:
