Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
Provide excellent service in a friendly and confident manner.

Job Requirements:
At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient computer skills.
Willing to work on-site in Laguna.
